It’s accessible right after the Eterna Galactic Building in Platinum, unlike Diamond and Pearl, where you have to get Strength first to access it. Would have been a more powerful STAB-boosted move than Dragon Claw in most cases! Could be useful for some future Platinum runs, since a TM that good that early in the game is pretty great!
