A Cozy Night in my Stone House, Octopus Baked in an Outdoor Oven

Hello everyone! In this video, I decided to spend a few days at my stone house to mow the yard, water the fruit trees, and arrange the garden. Along the way, I will teach you how to prepare octopus in a traditional way using a metal oven over an open fire. It's an excellent dish that I highly recommend you try. For this recipe, I decided to add a few legs of giant squid because I like them, but you don't need to add them if you don't want to.
Ingredients you need to prepare this dish:
- 2 kilograms of cleaned octopus
-2.5 kilograms of potatoes
- 4 onions
-4 large carrots
- head of garlic
-200 milliliters of white wine
-olive oil
-2 slices of bacon
- salt and pepper
