Charlie James Hall made his first appearance before a judge on Tuesday.  He is charged with two murders from 34 years ago.

    I grew up in Orlando. I use to skate in downtown. My parents would always tell me about how dangerous down town use to be. Wonder if these were the crimes that my parents were talking about. Glad to see justice after all those years
