Welcome to the Hudson Valley! My family has been in the Hudson Valley since the revolutionary war, they clearly loved it enough to stay! Enjoy it! I’d recommend checking out the Village of Cold Spring. There are some great marshes along the Hudson and some cool hikes up along the mountains that skirt the river. Harriman State Park is awesome as well, as is Shawanagunk Ridge near New Paltz! Verkeerder Falls (near New Paltz) is one of the most majestic waterfalls in all of NY State. I’m jealous I’m not out there with my camera right now 😂, rather than being in my midtown NYC office.

What's up my friend? I've been watching your channel a little while. I think this is about the third video, and I'm impressed. You're a real inspiration to a guy my age. I turned 72 back in late November. I've been watching other YouTubers like Adam Gibbs, or Thomas Heaton. They are very good at this. Looking at what you do is really making me want to try it. You see, Ive been an amateur photographer since the mid 1990s. In fact I still have 2 film cameras from back then; a Minolta SRT 202 and a Nikon 6006. In 2015 I did an up grade to a Nikon D3300. Understand something. There's a slight learning curve to these new digital camera systems, and I am learning. And believe it or not I'm getting there. My question is; where do you find the words to speak into the camera? By the way, I do love your work. Peace, my brother!
