The news should cover how people are destroying the waters they live in. It's sad and it's mean.

Can you please tell them the truth? This is NH. The whales are going crazy from the continued Humm of the wind turbines and the floating fiberglass that's in the water from the failed turbine and the oil & fuel slicks from the wind turbines themselves. You really need to start telling the truth. Cover how Shell and Chevron are backing out of the Ocean Wind Turbine and selling these to the next highest bidder because of the Wind turbine failure rate. Also, huge amounts of debris and fiberglass were washed ashore and was also found in the fish.

Humpbacks yes are by nature, non aggressive towards people. But we cannot forget how powerful these animals are. New mothers are Especially protective and vigilant during the mating seasons and can be very territorial. Males risk injuring themselves and calves during this time as well. It's more than obvious that this whale had figured out that it was worth capsizing the boat maybe because it was annoyed by the sonar it was producing or it felt threatened. Whales do not need eyes to navigate. Fishing boats produce certain frequencies of sonar. This whale was not breaching because of its body language. Its head was directly faced towards the inner part of the boat and it was timed perfectly to just push the boat down with its weight. You actually see it using its mouth to anchor itself as much as It can. An accidental capsizing would happen when a whale breached the wrong direction, facing upwards completely out of the water and on its back. This whale knew exactly how high the boat cab was from the waterline and therefore suggests that Humpbacks and other cetaceans have figured out how to eliminate the problems we cause them in their domain. They simply just didnt want to before, or felt it wasnt worth wasting the energy if they aren't already panicking, running scared and going deaf from sonar minutes before they beach themselves. Whales do not necessarily need to perceive something as a predator to be threatened by it. Just like us they have their own reasoning and mental awareness.

  • whales are the john wicks of the ocean ..... or the godfather 1 leads and the other tells the rest to flip over anything in our water

Seems like whales are declaring war on humans. In California,.the whale tour boats harass them, come in too close to the momma's and babies, as some idiot people do ALL OF THE TIME. Then they blame it on the whales. We surf with whales and they will pop an eye out to take a look. As long as you're cool, they're never aggressive. Something odd about these so-called boat attacking whales. I don't think the boaters are telling the whole story and deserve getting flipped 😂
