New major order: Push the Playstation front 55 medals
-
You don't mess with a player base that killed 2 Billion Bugs in 12 hours.
-
If Sony does give the "go ahead" and does block the game behind a PSN account, I sure hope that somebody from the Helldiver community will do another data breach on Sony's database just to prove a point.
-
A small addition. Sony released the announcement on Friday. As a lot of people (most probably outside of politics) are unaware: Fridays are always used for stories/news that they want to die off quickly. So Sony knew this was bs.
-
The devs asking us to "show our displeasure" is crazy, they want us to leave negative reviews to get weight for their argument to Sony

Some info about how to get a refund. Go to help steampowered and select Purchases. Then look at "I need help with a previous purchase or shipping." and pick Helldivers 2. Do NOT pick "I would like a refund", but select "I have a question about this purchase" Then just say what has happened like you now need a Sony account and you don't trust them with your data, they changed their ToS or something like that. Make sure to do this when the mandatory login has happend, so after May 30. (save this in notepad for later use)

It brings a new true meaning to the phrase "no helldiver left behind"
-
Helldivers is a game about taking down insurmountable odds together. And Sony just joined the battle.
-
Imagine giving the helldivers community a major order and expect them not to smash new records within literally hours. If you're going to piss off one community, make sure it's not Helldivers one.

Sony: 🤡 Arrowhead: 🗿
-
Just for Europe alone, it is consumer protection that will keep PSN from legally banning players who won't sign up for PSN to play a game they already paid for and have access to!!
-
Some update: Even in PSN allowed countries, in some you can ONLY register an account from a PS4-5 console. One of the countries is Ukraine. So SONY is literally going "Well you are just too poor to play that PC game on PC, if you dont grab a PS5" in Ukraine. Which I'm sure will just go over super well.

Went from GOTY to “oh it has mixed rating, it’s probably not worth it”

We served for democracy and this is how they treat us veterans
-
Funny how Spitz went from basically saying to the fans "get over it lol" to "we are against this" as soon as people called his bluff.
-
We should absolutely praise this level of transparency and honesty from a game developer.
-
I’m glad that the community has come together to fight this stupid new requirement.
-
I hope Sony realizes that if they don't backpedal on this decision then it will not lead to everyone giving in and make a psn account, it'll lead to one of the most successful games they've ever published to completely die in only 3 months.

Remember that episode of the US office where Ryan got the Office to register all their phone sales as website sales... That is what Sony is doing here. They want to fraudulently register Steam players as PlayStation owners.
