HUGE props for putting yourself out there and not just Learning Japanese, but learning it well enough that you can conduct a basic interview with these two greats in their home language. Language learning is tough, and Japanese is quite difficult.

Honestly this is the most lovely video Ive seen of yours (and I watch most) - the connection you have with the people you're visiting and your understated desire to connect with them on their own ground by learning the langauge is a real testament to who you are as a person, let alone a skateboarder. Japanese being so natural in their approach to skateboarding is amazing to see. It warms my soul when they all join in for a session for fun.

You do not give yourself enough props man. I know some of these kids do crazy stuff, but you have to sit back sometimes and realize you have done stuff they might never do. Age happens. It happens to you everyone, but knowledge is infinite. Please never forget that. You are, and legitimately will always be a legend to many people. I know you will never stop doing crazy stuff, and that is inspirational to so many people. Thank you for all you do.
