Hi, my laptop is having a horizontal stripe. Does cleaning display connector resolve the problem for sure? It's a pretty old laptop though.

I'm not sure how to even take my laptop a part iv been having lines in it for a few weeks I won't my files off my laptop so bad I'm wondering if getting the hard drive put in to a different laptop would work

Hey I am facing bit of similar issue...Horizontal lines appears on display sometime...and whenever i touch laptop body near hinge (just below display) all horizontal lines disappears,.... can u suggest me something what i need to do....
