Nice!! I had an 85 Grand Prix LE, 2 tone blue that I bought when I got out of high school in 1993. Loved that car! I have an 87 Cutlass Salon now with 20K miles and I keep her in storage too. Don't trust anyone to keep it outside! Thanks for sharing!

Wow! I had a 1983 Grand Prix. It was white with blue leather top and blue cloth seats. I kept it until 2001. I didn't have power windows. The only thing I wanted to get for it was Cragar S / S rims but never did. I did put an Eclipse CD unit in it in 1994 which at the time was a premium head unit and I think I paid $580 for just the head unit. Mine was a V-6 with a 231 cubic inch engine. I think that was pretty much the same engine the 1986 Buick Grand National had in it except that had a turbocharger and some other modifications. Miss that car. Yours is in great condition!

Really nice!! I love that fact it has the console and gauges and of course a V8. I love GP's from about 1975 until 1987. I had a 1977 GP and a 1983 GP. I didn't have the 1983 long because I didn't care for a 3.8 V6 and it was bare bones and the rear bumper rusted out. I think I was spoiled with the 1977 because it was loaded!

I had a 1985 Grand Prix that came with the 3.8.litre v-6,drove that for about 6-7 months, and then I pulled it out and put a 1979 Chevrolet 4-bolt main ,with pretty much stock except for I had the crank turned 10-10,put a R.V.cam in it and the 883 cylinder heads and and a Holley 750,w/a Holley street dominator intake, did not want to make that car fast but it was quick enough, but I was way more impressed with how good it ran with the rebuild recipe and just more along the lines of being very dependable, and definitely dependable it was.i truly miss that car.thumbs up to you and your videos...β€πŸ‘πŸ’― Peace and Blessings to you ALL πŸ™

Love this grand prix very rare no hood ornament I always like the bucket seat G bodies and so mint with low miles it's a breath of fresh air to see this grand prix those were the less common among the G body line up
  • Sharp looking car . Looks like it's in great shape πŸ–’πŸ–’

Had a 73 GP and an 81 w/ a Buick v6 in it. The 81 was no comparison to the 73's big ride. I still miss both.

Another of my fav.'s, are the 79'-80' models....oh man ....my dream would be to have in my garage ..a G.P. model 79' and/ or 80' .......& any 81'--86' model....full stock.... Thinking a root beer brown paint/ interior w/ a dark brown window tint for the 79'-80'........&..... maybe.... antelope paint / interior ...w/ dark antelope vinyl top.....both w/ stock original hub-capped wheels.......I can dream 😌

It's such a shame that someone tried to break into it those G bodies are known to be popular among car thieves good that you have this beauty in storage
