I am ashamed that most of my fellow americans [US of A variety] have not woken up to the loss of freedoms going back decades with these illegal prohibitions that directly violate the bill of rights. They have listed [enumerated] into the constitution a certain right with "intoxicating" liquors. See the key word there? "The enumeration in the constitution of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." The entire amendment 9. Cont.

Cont. This one change would greatly limit many aspects of this 'government creep' into our lives even more if over turned as it should have been before they were implemented as laws. When have you heard of the police breaking into homes for any other "crimes" besides a drug related issue? How many have been at the wrong address? That could be YOU next. They are weening the policy state, I mean police state on those illegal anti-intoxicant laws and most of you applaud that expensive nonsense.
