I love how they acknowledge that they're together, but in a really innocent, very elementary way. It's like when little kids say that they have a boyfriend/girlfriend, even though they don't really have a grasp on what that entails

So, Tweek and Craig are actually together, they're boyfriends, they use pet names with each others even when they're alone, they have dates, they encourage each other, they support each other and in the game they act like a couple hands down, but they're not "sexual"? Well that's everything I wanted to hear, they're in 4th grade, it's cute how the like each other in a romantic way and all, but it's great for Matt and Trey to confirm they're not sexual at all, seems pretty accurate to me.

they act like an actual fourth grade relationship than some of the mains like wendy/stan or heidi/eric. they are like teenage couples almost but craig and tweek are... kids. and thats okay. theyre more than friends right now, like to hold hands, encourage each other, help each other out, and even have pet names for one another. they're kids who are together and happy.

I just think that Craig and Tweek bounce off of each other on just a great comedic level. One is super chill and collective and the other is paranoid and anxious. That's a pretty neat complementary pairing that works great for like jokes and funny situations. So having them still be a couple just to maintain that is genius. Trey and Matt are super smart and always seem to crack the code on what serves their writing.

Honestly their representation of a young gay couple is perfect. It’s still just Tweek and Craig. Same characters. And they’re together a lot. Cuz they like each other. Same as like - Kyle and Wendy were. Because it’s the same.

Pfft. That's actually really funny and cute. Love that they made it as a joke on the WTF art they kept getting shown... and then realized that they enjoyed the actual relationship they'd created and started making it more realistic and they're like "Yeah... maybe they are a little gay. They're too young for anything graphic, but y'know... they're still a thing."
