I think this is still consistent with what has been shown before, including a theory that Quirks arose from a virus via rats as stated in the over arc, AFO and Yoichi's mother lived on the streets and in these conditions contact with rats and contracting diseases is common So, as some diseases spread silently until patterns emerge that indicate something different is happening, the same may have happened with Quirks. probably the AFO flashback will continue and perhaps show him facing the other OFA users until he reaches Prime All Might

It would be pretty cruel and cool if AFO's Bone Like Spears quirk came from his mother. One of the qirks he used in his big arm form during his 2nd fight with All Might. A quirk he most certainly keeped seeing how he collects unique or historical quirks.

Also, it made sense why there Meta Ability correlated to what they represent, for Yoichi being Giving. While All for One being taking, it was a significant characteristic of them since birth.

Ironically All for one has a textbook sad backstory but he himself doesent use that as justification for his actions. He could easily spin his tale of being a orphan on the streets as why he wants to rule but he is so pridefull that he chose to spin it so that he just wanted to be a evil dude. As a baby and having a quirk that takes other quirks plus nothing resembeling counseling or even any strukture means that he probably had no chance to be a normal person not that he wants to. What truly makes this guy evil is that he fully embraced villany for its own sake in the present. He pretty much looks down on any villain who has some crybaby backstory instead of just wanting to do bad shit. Hell one of the few times the man was actually scared was when he tought he actually was capabel of some base guilt and was relived when that wasen't the case. The only remotley human part about him is his base care for his brother and that whole relationship is toxic af to begin with but considering how much of a sociopath this dude is this is the closest to a positive quality that he has.

it would be interesting actually to see the duo of bakugo and deku each defeat the respective strongest villains of the past and present, especially since in a way, what deku and bakugo have is a similar 'brotherly' relationship, so in a way AFO might even see it as Kudo attempting to steal his brother a 2nd time.

I get tired of seeing people saying simple villains who are evil just for the sake of being evil are bad or unreal... Its like they don't live in the real world and think the only thing that could make someone be an asshole is a complex backstory in wich they are the hero

I litteraly called AFO a socital parasite for a long time. And turns out I was right.

So about the pregnancy thing, my niece went to the hospital because she was feeling weird, come to find out she went all the way to term without anyone knowing she was pregnant… including herself. Gave birth that night, confused the fk outa everyone. She had a child before this one and it was a normal pregnancy.
