In this one-hour special, to be screened on Channel 4 in the
UK this summer, Jamie introduces some amazing summer
recipes to be cooked outdoors, whether youre on a camping
trip, at a festival, or even in your back garden. The show will
be jam-packed with fantastic recipes and will capture the
buzz, energy and excitement of summer. Its all about
encouraging you to enjoy the great outdoors with good
friends and mouth-watering food.

Jamie will be cooking in his outdoor camp kitchen as well as
other great locations around this summers Big Feastival and
will be introducing viewers to techniques like pit-roasting and
wood smoking. Hell demonstrate how to turn old favourites
like chicken drumsticks and home-made burgers into
absolutely knock-out meals that will have everyone fighting
for more, as well as show you how to create lots of other
gorgeous new recipes with minimal kit.

this man is so very passionate,that makes delicios food everywhere...i mean,i think if u let him at the north or south pole,he will go ice fishing,he will find some delicacies in the earth or who knows where:)) and make food on his knees,like he does in a few videoes...this man is a genius of culinary recipes! brilliant!
