Lol his teacher put him on BLAST... "Was not strong academically"
  • His parents did a great thing sending him to this school. Look at him now, he could speak so well ! & because of that, we international fans could understand U perfectly !!!! Love U jackson !!!!
  • He is one of those rare celebrities who can look back on his life after turning 70 and can actually say "I made it". Like, he worked so hard. There have been(and will be) times where didn't get to rest because he had so much going on his schedules. He didn't become famous in one night luckily, he carefully climbed up the ladder with his hardwork. He is that one idol that gives me the positivity, the inspiration to work hard. His story isn't magical. His story is so normal that it makes you want to chase your dream so you can have it as him. He is actually an IDOL to me.❤

I forgot to mention that it's befitting that Jackson won the American Teen Choice Award for the Next Big Thing on Aug.12, 2018, before going back to visit AIS on Aug.18. He is the only ethnic Chinese who has ever won that award. So it is no small accomplishment at all. I am so proud of him.

This just makes it more real for me. I never completely understood the full impact of what all Jackson had to leave behind, to go into another country all alone & work in such a competitive environment. A huge Risk. He was so brave. He is so brave. I, personally, always take the safe route but he's taught me time and again to go after my passion & dreams. Thank God(more like his parents for raising & supporting him), for Jackson. For making me positive. He has encouraged me and many others. The least I can do is support him always.

Jackson grown up from a loving environment, school and family, that's why he has this beautiful personality. And to see how the teachers are proud of him for his strong determination to achieve his goal. Thank you Rachel for uploading this video.

I really admire Jackson's ambition and hard-working personality. Sure, all kpop idols worked hard for what they wanted, but I really think Jackson's determination is the kind you only see in great business leaders, he has that side of his that knows he can't do everything alone so he makes sure he gets to know people and maintain meanigful connections. Beyond the fact that he's a handsome idol, Jackson is really a role model, I mean, with all and all, people do have concrete evidence of the great qualities he has, sports take a huge amount of discipline and passion and he worked hard enough to get to qualify for the Olympics, but then he also had this big dream of making it into music so he risked it all and made it work. Now that tells me a lot of him as a person, I'm deeply saddened by the fact that many people, especially in Korea, overlook this so easily, that was perhaps also the reason why he decided to go solo only in China and not Korea too. Jackson Wang deserves more recognition and I hope he continues improving his music so that he gets the success and recognition he deserves.
  • If there’s one thing all the teachers say it’s that he was very socially interactive

These 26 minutes reinforced my views on Jackson. 4 years ago when I fell in love with him (and GOT7), as usual he was making people roll with laughter in some variety show, even then I could tell that behind those crazy antics, was a determined and an extremely hardworking person. Time went by and I learnt what he had to give up in order to be where he is today, but after this documentary I believe that instead of giving up something, he gave the sport his very best and decided to challenge himself with something that he always had an embedded passion for. I have no doubt that had he chose to be a fencer, he would still be making headlines! Jackson was born to be in the limelight either way! But I for one, I'm glad that he chose the stage over the podium because it gave me the opportunity to get to know such an amazing man!

Jackson made me realize that you don't need to be perfect. My whole life I would always regret every small mistake I made or regret opportunities that I could've taken. But Jackson showed us that u need to stop living in the past and have fun. Stop having regrets and be positive. Thank u for this beautiful video. This video truly showed how great Jackson is as a human being

His one positive example of "go after you want". He's humble, smart, loving, caring, talented and fun, but over all he's a strong person who don't make excuses or allow the fear stop him. His one of the k-pop artist that I think have much to give, not only artistcly speaking if not with his view of his path. . .I woulk like to see a documentary where he can speak freely about his strougle in Korea and K-Pop industry because his persona it's always something that clash with asian tipical personality. Thanks for show us more about you Jackson ♥

So, since he was just a teenager boy until now he always works so hard to get himself a chance for what he passionates at from fencing to music. King, can’t express how much we’re proud of you.
