When Nirn needed him most…he returned to bless us with an absolute behemoth of a video.
  • Drew is such a good writer. His concept organ is alight with aedric wisdom.
  • @yurigagarin9765
No one: Drewmora: Missing in action for over two months, suddenly releases an amazing almost three hours long very throuough exposition on the Dwemer, refuses to elaborate, and leaves (presumably, back with the Dwemer).

I used to teach literature, poetry, fiction etc… so take it from me: you’re a marvelous and captivating narrator. Please don’t stop making videos. In this cold and increasingly dull world, your talent is a much needed.
  • @bassemfed8654
The daedric prince of lore and storytelling Drewmora always give us a great relic like videos that makes you travel to tamriel in spirit
  • @badluck5647
Sotha Sil "You wonder where the Dwemer have gone? Perhaps better to wonder why one remains. Even gods dislike the absolute, for it stinks of something larger than themselves."
  • @Cheemichanga
Keep it up, Drew. You’re doing more for the lore than Bethesda ever will now
  • @tinolano
The Dwemer did nothing wrong. They made a walking calamity capable of unmaking the world, sure. But they were gonna use it responsibly. Honest.

Two Things: Thing 1) Does anyone else find it weird that when Nerevar told Dumac to "give up your worship of the Heart of Lorkhan" Dumac claimed that worshiping the Heart was a tradition of his people dispite the fact Dumac supposedly had no idea that Kagrenac had found it? Did the Dwemer worship Lorkhan? And if so, have the other Elven races(primarily the Dunmer/Chimer) covered that up? Thing 2) Can we please have the next of Vivvek's sermons?
  • @menageriesofsalt
You are fantastic. Not only as a writer, but also as a narrator. You truly shine in these videos and we are lucky to have you as our Daedrologist.
  • @killgriffinnow
Don’t you just hate it when you’re almost done devising a clockwork god but then a bunch of angry vikings attack your volcano base so you hit the heart of a god with a hammer in a last ditch attempt to escape and then cause your entire race to vanish?
  • @nestordiaz2930
I am so glad you are back Drew. You truly are an elder scrolls historian.
  • @JayWhipp1e
Look up Terrance Mckenna's writings on "Machine/Clockwork Elves". Kirkbride and Kulhman are both fans of Mckenna's and the dwemer are partially inspired by these "clockwork elves" that apparently exist and communicate to us through incoherent tones and music (tonal architecture) when we take psychedelics. Which psychedelics? Mckenna's favorite. The psilocybin mushroom. Now look up Mckenna's concept of the "heroic dose". Where one takes a very high dosage in complete darkness. Mckenna said the sensory deprivation allows the mushrooms to "unbind" your ego from the material and allow you to transcend and discover the nature of reality. Now read Calcelmo's stone again. You now know what the Dwemer were trying to do with the falmer. It was an attempt to somehow unbind them from the earthbones through blindness and possibly other experiments.

Took me days to chip away at this video (apologies), but I have to say that it's some of the best work I've seen on Elder Scrolls lore. You've come a long way Drewston!
  • @h0b0y0da4
Already liked and saved to a play list before it even started. Just one of thsoe things you know. The sky is blue, a mountain is strong, and a Drewmora video is gonna come out with the highest of quality. Keep up the amazing work my guy 😎👍 you've got something great here.
  • @natotater
I use your videos to fall asleep, but sometimes they're too well made for me to drift off. You're an absolute treasure Drew.
