Like I said, comparing Kong and Godzilla's intelligence is like comparing that of a chimpanzee and a dolphin. They're two of the smartest animals in the world, but which can be called smarter depends on the situation.
  • @BKJREALMZ
I say based on my observations of both titans. Godzilla and kong are equally very intelligent in their own way. In combat both use strategy to give them an edge in battle. Kong is able to communicate with humans, Godzilla is able to detect if a human is a threat or not. They are both unique.

I love how intelligent they make both Godzilla and Kong in the MonsterVerse. Godzilla's millions of years of experience needs to be explored, whether in a film, miniseries, or comic.

They're both extremely intelligent. Kong's brain works similar to that of a human's, making weapons, analyzing battle tactics and so on. Godzilla, on the other hand, is more strategically oriented. It's difficult to say which is smarter since they are smarter in their own ways.

Godzilla is an old, grizzled war vet. Kong is a tough kid who grew up in a rough neighborhood. They both developed skills and intelligence to thrive in separate environments, and each has mastered skills the other hasn't the foggiest clue of. I can't wait to see these guys pool their knowledge together in the next movie.

Kong basically has IQ, meanwhile Godzilla has Battle IQ.

GMan knows he outclasses most other Titans in terms of sheer size & strength, so he uses both to his fullest advantage in combat.. Sure, he tends to take a bit of time to figure things out but once he does, it's game over for his opponents.. Edit: this, on top of his OP senses, just takes things over the edge

I love Kong's face when he realizes Godzilla is powering up the axe for him.
  • In the 2014 movie, when Godzilla overhears the MUTOS' conversation, did Godzilla act like this because he knew they were a threat or was he defending his territory?
  • As a diehard Godzilla fan, this channel is simply the best thing. Thanks for the effort, it shows in the quality, and you actually learn a lot from watching. Gracias amigos
  • I remember in your first face off video & I agree when you said that basically are equal in overall intelligence .

I think Kong is smart in terms of complex thinking while Godzilla is smart in fighting
  • This was very satisfying and well needed. Not only did it give us viewers something so well crafted and documented, but it gave us something that we can easily apply to things in real life as long as it is applied with precision and appropriate understanding. Whereas the plot armor video was rather sensitive and more than likely left some fans feeling triggered or emotional(In a bad way), this one gave intel that could be absorbed and comprehended with minimized chances of toxic and biased opinions and after-thoughts. Heck, watching it made me feel just a tad bit more secure and self-appreciative about myself in my position in my awful life. When content like this is created, it allows for growth and improvement in a healthily and non-one-sided fashion. That’s why I voted for this video rather than the plot armor video in that one poll. When us viewers are entertained with something that can be beneficial rather than just simply entertaining, we can bond with each other and ourselves. Knowledge is a dangerous and complex thing, so we must utilize it with care and awareness of what it can do. Ironic to say because of this particular video’s content. But no matter cause the point I’m trying to make needs to be acknowledged and made aware of so as a means of making content like this more necessary and fun.

God I love Goji Center's videos. The amount of content and information always feels fresh, even if some of the topics are reused. This really makes me look forward to the Kong anime and Godzilla tv show even more.
  • Both are comparable. In terms of complex situations, Kong takes the edge. However, Godzilla can match that with battle experience and being familiar with his surrondings.
  • @dawisegenie
The research put into this is insane! Keep up the good work!👍

Godzilla smiled and he is arrogant so he understands facial recognition and emotes. Plus, since he's the last one of his kind he'd have to be self taught as well when he managed to survive without his kin. He knew how to power the axe so he clearly knows weapons as well. Kong doesn't just perform better in a group he also performs better in jungle like environments as oppose to out in the open or on a ship.
