Israeli soldiers and tanks deploy in the northern town of Metula on the border with Lebanon. Iran-backed Hezbollah said it fired "large numbers of artillery shells and guided missiles" at Israeli positions in a contested border area.

    Paladin artillery , very effective in softening the targets before commencing infantry land assault .

    What about UN peacekeeper at Lebanon-Israel border? My nephew work as peacekeeper soldier there.

    Why are so many people so ignorant of the intensity of death and destruction in warfare? Wherever there are humans, it is so common. Of 8 billion of us on this planet ONE HALF of us, 4 billion people, live within one of the 130 or so active war zones on our Earth or in a country that borders another with a war zone. We, collectively, absolutely LOVE any excuse for a damn good war.
