If your using command strips make sure to get the 5lb hook. I hung 2 boards above my bed and after a couple months they both fell and smacked me in the head. Not a fun way to wake up lol

Sean your old 'why you can't' videos super helpful. I know it's a simple thing but as a beginner I'm struggling with the tic tac - it would be great to have a vid with some explanation of the mechanics of how to convert the kick into forward momentum.
