Breakfast mascots get the short end of the stick when looking at product mascots across all industries. While some breakfast mascots are potrayed as larger than life (I’m looking at you, Tony the Tiger), many are destined to lose in ads for their own foods. Whether they can never get that cereal, always have their food taken from them, or just experience constant misfortune, I’m taking a look at the breakfast mascots that can never catch a break

I always flet so bad for the Trix rabbit when I was a kid. Just give the poor critter some cereal you selfish little brats! He ain't never hurt no one!

I remember being a little kid and getting really upset about the Trix rabbit. I was outraged. I voted in both elections and felt more justified than I do in elections now! OMG that Pilsbury "Got Milk?" ad. QoQ Those Poptart ads have put me off Poptarts entirely. They're just sick. You did a very good job on the list.

The poptarts might trick the poodle, the humans and the chameleon into going into a toaster and burning them as their punishment for eating them. The humans definitely deserve it.

Oh, so THAT'S why Krinkles the nightmare clown was in the thumbnail preview! I was confused when this list was about the breakfast mascots who are the most unfortunate rather than the most... unfortunate... breakfast mascots.
