The plaintiff says she bought her old car back from the defendant, but it reeked of pot. The defendant never gave back the title and even snuck onto her property and took the car. The plaintiff is suing for what she’s owed. The defendant insists the car title is in her name, and she can prove it.

The defendant is a class act. She had a big heart and got kind of taken advantage of.

I learned liars and scammers and mean people come in all ages.
  • The car dealership lied about her income? 🤔 I think not. I think she lied about her income and the loan was denied. Then she attempted to scam the defendant and lie to the judge.

She wanted her car back because the other deal fell through. Simple! You sold it lady that girl owes you nothing!

The plaintiff really tried to act surprised alleged withdrawals made a month after the buyback didn't prove her case 😂😂
  • That old lady lying through her teeth. She's blaming the dealership but I have no doubt that she lied to the dealer

That old bag tried to scam the young women. Her witness was wasted and she gave the evidence against herself 🤣
  • The plaintiff said the defendant didn’t have proof she bought it either. Incorrect ma’am! She has the title and car registered in her name actually. The technicalities are absolutely different for you both.

It's not an age thing it's just that people are shady at any age. That Plaintiff tried all the tricks to get her hooks back in that Blazer but it didn't work.
  • Why you can't just respect elders, they can be shady af too. Real shame.
