It is kinda interesting to call the 'foreign agent'-law the Russian law. This is just done to influence the public. And if this law is that bad how come the US has its own 'foreign agent'-law namely the Foreign Agents Registration Act. As far as I understood NGOs and independent media have to register as 'foreign agents' if they receive more than 20% of their funding from foreign donors. I would call this transparency and do not see any issue with that and apparently the US has a similar law so they like transparency too it seems ;)
