  • Best part of that S13 episode is watching the banter between Gordon, Andi and James. It was so fun watching them joke around with each other while rocking the service. Really gives you that feeling of them being long time partners in the kitchen.

Andi undoubtedly. She's the best sous chef, she rarely screams but when she tells she means it. And she knows how to pump her team, she walked up to Joy to bring her back. If I was a chef, I'd chose to work with Andi. It's no doubt why Gordon chose her to be his right hand person. She's a motivational leader.

Scott, Andi and Christina are all badass! Scott is a downright mood, while Andi and Christina are both balanced between sass and caring for the chefs.

2:58 Gordon’s face when Andi started yelling was just priceless honestly
  • "You're gonna break his heart, Chef." Is the best line I've ever heard delivered in Hell's Kitchen. They're ending 5 tables ahead and Gordon is still breaking the balls of not a contestant but one of his own sous chefs! Poor guy, man. He's easily in the top 2% of all chefs, but you can always be better, and Gordon finds no problem reminding them.

I love when the sous chefs play dumb during the sabotages when chefs run the pass. Scott especially was good at it.
  • @Sherpiddy
Scott yelling at raj was also a great highlight 😂
  • One moment I’m surprised you didn’t mention, both in terms of Christina and the Andi/Elise moment, is when Christina called Elise out for not participating in the fish vomit soup punishment on All-Stars. She made all the chefs line up so she could smell their breaths to test if they’d actually done it, just to prove a point to Elise! That’s pretty crazy if you ask me!
  • I actually really liked Mary-Ann, calling out Jeff for calling Gordon an A-hole which resulted in the whole "I'm not a quitter" then 5 seconds later, he quits. Also smashing a cake on the ground during the red teams cleaning punishment cause I believe Sara was being childish and annoying. It was a shame she left the show after season 3 due to hating that she had to work with the at the time inexperienced contestants. Wish she came back after the new contestant rules were set that you had to have had experience before entering hell's kitchen
  • I also love when Christina smelled everyone's breath after the fish soup punishment in s17, calling Elise out and making her eat more😂😂

Let us not forget near the final of Season 1, when Michael was telling chef Scott how he was sabotaging Ralph. Scott just minded his own business, and I think that was pretty epic.
  • You completely missed Scott screaming "PUT IT DOWN, AND GET OUT THERE"
  • Christina screaming at Jackie made me so happy. She's probably my favorite winner. I love Jay on Bar Rescue even though he was runner-up on his season.
  • @teamguido555
Scott screaming, “PUT IT DOWN, AND GET OUT THERE!” to Raj was classic.
  • I love Christina to death… But Andi will forever be the Sous Chef Queen of Hell’s Kitchen. She was and will always be an absolute legend.
  • @ArtemisBianco
I know she was only on the show for three seasons but chef Mary Ann was probably my favorite sous chef. Her calling out Jeff was iconic.
  • @SlimKirby
Sous Chef Scott will always be the best. I really like Andi, Christina and Jay as well, but Scott is just the most classic sous chef of the show and has had a lot of amazing moments. One moment that actually wasn't shown in the video, which I understand why it wasn't since I think it was cut from the live airings of the show, was during Season 3 of the finale. Josh and Brad were messing up (although I'm sure it was mainly Josh) and Scott was giving them a mouthful and saying stuff like "Don't you ruin this for Rock! He had your backs the entire time you were here, DON'T YOU DARE RUIN THIS FOR HIM!" (or something to that effect) really having Rock's back and showing what a dedicated sous chef and person he was.
  • That moment Scott had with Benjamin was intense and whoever plays the role of him in a potential Gordon Ramsey biopic, that moment would be Oscar worthy
  • There are other little moments I like, like how Mary-Ann in season 1 called out Jeff for calling Ramsay an asshole, and then in season 2 saw that Sarah was goofing around during punishment, so she threw a cake on the ground. There's also Scott, in the same episode, prepping with new Blue Team member Heather and discussing her swapping teams, letting out a slight smile when she said she was "with him." She was so excited to later have him as her sous chef for the finals. And I love Andi and James giving the red team career advice in season 12 during their punishment, and admitting being a chef is tough and they both had to make sacrifices.
