A nasty case of Arthritis in my left knee and ankle originally prompted me to try ACV at the suggestion of an elderly neighbour. I was'nt feeling enthusiastic about the meds that the doctor was suggesting. I previously knew nothing about ACV health benefits but decided to give it a try anyway. With no other treatment, it gradually cleared my arthritis completely and I never had any more problems. That's 8 years ago, I still take ACV every day.
  • I forgot to mention, an alternative what I like to do is take 2-3 apple cider vinegar capsules before each meal. If you do, ensure you choose a brand which doesn't contain bulking agents, fillers, dextrose etc.. It should just be apple cider vinegar and the capsule shell. - RT 💚 Also, the energy boost we talk about is not the type of energy you get from caffeine. This is a gentle energy that keeps you feeling ALIVE, but it doesn't keep you awake at night. It stabilizes energy output. - RT 💚

Many years ago I read a book about a population of farmers in Vermont who fed their livestock with ACV soaked feed. The people were old and still worked the land. They put theirs and their animals longevity and good health down to ACV.

After drinking one cup of water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (ACV) with a straw first thing in the morning for months, I have lost 20 lbs in six months WITHOUT depriving myself of food, which is the American extreme form of "dieting". The other change I made at the same time was to eliminate foods containing high sugar & high fructose corn syrup from my diet.

The one thing I don’t want to do is lose weight. I’ve been underweight and it’s not a good look on an old lady. I just want to relieve arthritic pain, detox my liver, and improve my overall health. I started drinking ACV in water and lemon juice today. I’m hopeful. Thanks for this video and all the commenters as well.
  • @rhodeniarowe

ACV, a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil with a clove of crushed garlic in a cup of water at night and in the morning. My wife won’t kiss me but I’m feeling a lot better.

  • @deegeevieira8860
I took ACV for 3 months last year in the morning (1 spoonful in a glass of water) and lost 60lbs. It helped with the arthritis and I have more energy. Also my bp and sugar levels went down.
  • @tamaralund
I just started making my own ACV and it is delicious! So easy. We use the skins and cores from the apples from our trees after preparing them for dehydrating or freeze drying. We use to just compost them but making vinegar is so simple
