I do park my van backwards for very practical reasons. It’s easier to unload and load without displaying the neighborhood what exactly I put in the trunk, leaves and ice from the tree don’t go on the windshield. Gravity made ice melt and freeze in tight spots where it shouldn’t go. Having it parked backwards solves all this and makes driving out much nicer.

I do, when in the truck stop or delivering a truck load. Or when parking my car that full of SUVs and pickup trucks.
