This is why I like Tom Waits' music: Always surprising, never getting tired to be innovative! Sometimes some songs needs a bit more time, but still will prove to be worth waiting.

I heard this several years ago, and still, this is an amazing song. The collaboration of artists in this group is vast, and I am glad they kept going with what they wanted to do.

Band is great but they are somewhat similar to an earlier and darker band -- The Tiger Lillies who had a strange tunes from the film "Plunkett and MacLeane," film -- called "Hell," "Sailors" and "Whores." That band (which has several albums issued) would be great to play in a segue through Tom Waits and Book of Knots songs.
