Drew Brees story helped me get my life straight. I was a drug addict. He inspired me after reading his book, Coming Back Stronger. That was at the beginning of 2016. February 21, 2016 I gave my life to Christ and this year on February 21, I'll have 4 years clean. Thank you, Drew! Edit: Just hit 5 years.

The New Orleans Saints gave me a weekly moral boost during my deployment to Iraq in 2009-2010. Thanks a lot. I did miss the end of the Superbowl so I was filled with the anticipation finding out if we won during the entire convoy ride.

I’ll never forget when my buddy, who played with Drew Brees at Purdue, was saying how this young QB on his team is gonna be one of the best QB’s ever. This was before Brees even took a snap at Purdue. He also said how when Brees became a star, he never changed and treated every teammate with the utmost respect, like they were star players, and this was coming from a backup d lineman. Damn John Holloway you were spot on with this one brother! How can you not root for Drew Brees!

I remember going to New Orleans Saints games with my dad as a kid in the 80's during the BAD TIMES of Saints football. Fast forward to the Sean/Payton Brees era .. he has FOREVER changed the mind set and winning culture to the City of New Orleans. Brees YOU WILL NEVER KNOW HOW MUCH YOU HAVE MEANT TO THE THE CITY. I'm a grown man but I get choked up watching this. God Bless to you and your family. Who Dat !!!

Been a Saints fan since 1987. It a been a whole range of emotions through the years!! It has been one hell of a ride watching Drew. I wish we could win one more SB for him. It will be a sad day when he walks of that field for the last time.
