    Well joe, you finally did it! You got me off my butt!! The only person to of achieved that in ten years (apart from my deliveroo boy). Couldnt make it to the end and giggled a lot (oh apologies - i swore at u a couple of times) but im 15 minutes closer to shedding three stone and getting fitter. THANKYOU x

    I’ve been doing this routine for 4 months now and the results I’ve had are insane! Thanks to you I’ve achieved my goal! I believe that balance is key to a health lifestyle, so If I crave something sweet I still eat the odd ice cream and chocolate but I’ve maintained a steady weight thanks to this workout 🙏🤩👍

    It's really nice to see and hear you being challenged by the exercises as well. I can only do so many routines of smiling fitness instructors, who are hardly breaking a sweat and talk as if they are taking a stroll at the beach, before wondering if I should be struggling as much as I am. Thank you!
  • Cannot put into words how much your real and relatable content helps. Watching you do this in your front room, whilst I attempt it in mine, you’re struggling and commentating the whole way through, rather than some awful pounding music in the background. Thank you! You got me moving today, after snoozing my alarm to go for a run, I still had 15 minutes for this video!

    First time I did this, took 20 mins in all, since I wasn't used to working out at this intensity (or even working out regularly, for that matter!). But today I tried for the 2nd time and barring pausing for 4-5 secs about 3-4 times (which was to regain my breath and get the next position right), I managed to do it along with Joe's timing. Quite proud of this! Thanks Joe for such ass-kicking and inspiring workouts. More power to you!

    I'm 17 stone and I tried this. Had to improvise on the press-ups, and sit out one activity - but somehow survived. Currently sweating buckets. Will try this again during the week!

    Never done a body coach workout. Been really lacking in terms of fitness and need to get in shape for my sisters wedding in February. Found this hard but loved it. Can’t wait to see what else there is! Definitely not my last workout with Joe!

  • finding motivation for exercising really hard but I can't lie when I say 15 minute burst like this make it a lot easier, doesn't take too long but you're still getting something good ! thanks joe
