I understand that everyone is trying to be helpful, thank you for that. I have all ready decided it’s not worth the mental stress to sue the company. Please don’t suggest something I’ve all ready stated I’m not doing. I just want to move on from all of this. Learn from my mistakes and make smarter decisions going forward.

Hi Melissa, sorry that this happened. The fact that the lady refused to take the bag back, that is very telling. They should be ashamed of themselves. I hope people stop buying luxury items from them.

I totally understand your mindset on what happened. You have to know how much stress you are willing to deal with and how it will affect you! It’s terrible that this happened. Could you report their business to the Better Business Bureau? That could be a low stress thing to do that might help someone else.

I'm so sorry. Hope justice is served with that business. I rarely buy pre-loved because fakes have become too good. I also like the boutique experience and the idea that it's new. I would still use them as everyday bags. If they give you the ick, then gift them, it will bring them so much joy. You should replace them eventually with a real bag- different style in boutique. Something new will come up that brings you even more joy. We've all had hard costly luxury lessons.

This is why I have never felt comfortable buying pre-loved too many variables to consider would take the fun out of it. I would not get rid of it though I would make it my workhorse and be carefree with it and get my money's worth out of it.

I’m so sad this happened to you, makes me sick. I think I told you I got scammed recently on a bag on mercari but thankfully the company took my side after a thoughtful argument to them.
