Weekly water change, plant trim, and goldfish check. The big question - is this a tank or a pond?

Since you are doing weekly water changes, I would say it is a tank. In all the pond videos I’ve watched, the owners don’t mention doing water changes. They stress the use of plants and the a bio filter to maintain water quality for the fish. Regardless of what you call it, it’s beautiful!
