The gaming industry and including pc/steam like rushing technology because of financial reasons. The more less lifespan of consoles, the less difference it makes,. Every generation of consoles is getting less games because of cost, game development length, developer/staff lay offs.

There has hardly been any ground breaking games on the PS5, wish I new this earlier, I would of kept my PS4.... PS6 - Forget it..

Ps6: backwards compatibility for all ps1-ps5 games. There I just gave Sony a reason to add another $100 to MSRP and still sell a shit ton of consoles.

I hope that the ps4 disc games is allowed in ps6 unit... that will be monster..if they will do that.. ps4, ps5, ps6 games cd for ps6 console is a incredible monster for playstation fans...😊😊😊

My next PS purchase is based on when they create an ALL WORLD GTA game that rivals the detail of flight simulator pc games. Just imagine coming across your neighborhood in a game where it updates with the pace of google maps Update: Let's start with a map of the entire USA (throw in Canada and Mexico too 😁), all world is a bit extreme for 2020's technology

The sweet spot is 80 tflops float, 120 tflops RT and 1400 tflops ai with 96gb ram. If by 2030 the ps6 can meet these stats the ai reckons you'll be able to do all the top stuff to the game and experiment further at lower specs you'll take hits in 8k
