Terrance "Gangsta" Williams recalls a chilling encounter with the man who had killed his friend Sterling. The man had followed Williams in a car before admitting to the murder. This type of bravado and seeking of 'hood' bragging rights, Williams explained, was not unusual during that time period. Williams says the perpetrator wanted to ensure he was not looking for retaliation. Williams goes on to reminisce how in his city, the competition to be seen as the 'toughest' often led to shocking acts of violence. He reflects on how reckless they were in their youth, only concerned with achieving notoriety.

People need to remember that anything which is common-place, is often openly discussed. When there’s dozens or hundreds of murders going on, people get used to talking about stuff because everyone knows someone who’s killed or been killed. What’s crazy is when you take these guys out of this environment and put them in a place LIKE the music industry. All they know is murder, robbery, shooting, etc.

So what's the difference between a gangsta killing multiple people , mass shooter, and serial killer. Apparently absolutely nothing all lack empathy, social conscious, lack of boundaries, narcissistic, and above all sociopathic tendencies. When someone confesses that they have killed people the very next stage should be separation as there is absolutely nothing preventing you from being next on the list along with friends and or family. The list would be endless. When someone not only shows who they are and tells you believe them the 1st time. 2nd chances aren't promised.
