What if You (and Charles) Talked in Choo Choo Charles? (Parody)

My character was originally going to have a southern accent like Eugene, until the Ghost part of the game came up. I suddenly shifted my idea to have this be tied to Ghostbusters. So this is Justin Case after he leaves the Ghostbusters due to them breaking up. 3. Nuke it from orbit – Aliens reference 4. What a piece of junk – Star Wars reference 5. The idea for the name Poo Poo Paul came from my wife Wibbles 6. I played with the voice of Charles a LOT. I tried a more Barney-esque voice, a suave and sophisticated voice, but none of them really worked in context. The voice I went with in the video is based on Krusty the Clown from the Simpsons. 7. Doom God – He’ll never die 8. The “NOOOOOOooooo” segment is one of the few times I saw an opportunity for a joke WHILE recording footage. Typically I just concentrate on playing the game and then write jokes around that footage. While playing, I saw the opportunity for this joke and recorded the “screaming no into the sky”. 9. I love the idea that everything the character has is embroidered for some reason or another. 10. Monster Hunter reference 11. The “Yu-Gi-Oh duel” joke is probably my favorite joke in this video, and I have no idea why. It just is. 12. “Stop trying to make ‘Shoot dang’ happen. It’s not gonna happen.” – Mean Girls reference 13. Playing on expectations, I like the idea that Charles just wants the eggs to make an omelet, rather than them being his babies or whatever. That said, his version of an omelet is quite different. 14. I only died once while playing the game, and this was in my first encounter with Charles after getting the first egg. I just cut the death out 😊 15. I loved the idea that Charles is self-conscious about his teeth. 16. I had a harder time with the cultists in the game than Charles. 17. “That thing is a meatball.” – The Burbs reference (super underrated movie) 18. The ghost part cemented that this was a continuation of Justin Case’s story. 19. Continuation of the “Come on…” “No!” joke. 20. “Well f*** that!” – Galaxy Quest reference (if you know, you know) 21. “I’ve got some bad news” – This is a callback to my Hollow Knight vids 22. I originally sang a different version of the “Charles in Charge” theme as I was setting the charges on the bridge, but the joke just didn’t land. Especially if you don’t know the show, which I doubt most people do nowadays. 23. I also LOVE the Arby’s joke. I have never had a good day after eating at Arby’s 24. The “glow in the dark” joke will be explained in my next Ghostbusters video. That’s right, I’m referencing jokes that haven’t even HAPPENED yet 😊 25. Consequences be damned! 26. “Oh that’s not right!” – Galaxy Quest reference 27. The “tastes like its never paid taxes” line was ad-libbed. I went through several different ones. You can hear a few in the outtakes. 28. The final scene wasn’t in the original script. However in editing, I asked my son if he could do my “Charles” voice and he popped this out. So he got to be in the vide

Not gonna lie, the idea of Charles hiding or camouflaging itself in/around the several abandoned train stations, discarded train cars, and scrap piles instead of despawning after attacks would have been a cool game mechanic

30:44 the fact he timed it bloody perfectly with shooting a rocket and than he said the line with the bridge than exploding it made it seem he did it himself

I love that charles actually loses his temper at times where you hide and hes like "AH you SUCK." And then those times where hes confused on the MC'S lines xD
