Victoria 3 has a ton of great achievements. We won't be going for any of those. Instead, we're going to bring back my favorite achievement from EU4 and try to recreate it in Victoria 3. Lets see how it goes.

Select target->right clikc->go to diplomacy, then you see attitude towards your target.
