I love that Dr. Doom’s explanation for everything is just “because I’m built different”
  • @emred4653
the idea of reed being used as a web fluid is genuinely terrifying
  • @cillbipher2613
Love how Wasp's story just reaffirms that Hank Pym will always be remembered for slapping Janet.

9:12 tony's suits replace his flesh, and everyone else's 13:25blade crushes the last hope of a cure in a world that's completely vampiric 17:33 wasp kills her workaholic husband 23:36 maximus steals black bolt's memories and body 30:11 in the decomposing city of manhattan spidey tries to web everything up to keep his home in one piece. the best solution to this is turning mr fantastic into web fluid. reed wanted to only use one of his fingers, but spidey's using his whole body! because with reed's great power comes a great responsibility to new york
  • So this is basically the Marvel verson of DC Metal? Honestly I like the whole dark universe counterpart stuff and I appreciate that it's dark versions of multiple characters and not just one. This is just a simple adventure through edritch horrors and evil counterparts. I like this.

Out of everyone in the story I feel sorry for Peter and Otto Peter forgot his dead wife anniversary and Otto LITTERLY cried and didn’t want spidey to laugh

I really like the way Venom is drawn in that Darkhold comic, it’s very reminiscent of Ultimate Venom on some panels, and that’s my favorite design for him
  • I really liked the iron man one. It felt like some real lovecraftian stuff and I kinda wish the others were a little more like it.
  • I love how Wasp's "Dark" universe is just her saving everyone from Pym creating Ultron lmao

Out of all the stories. I feel that Spiderman's was the darkest
  • The 4 guys: Dark horrible twists based on twisting their main personality trait being twisted too far. Wasp: Local house wife kills husband, more at 7
  • this storyline could've been an alternate plotline for a Spiderman crossover movie with Dr. Strange

Only liked Ironman and Spiderman one Ironman pretty much a "What if" his experiments/Work took a wrong turn. Unsure why the suit Altered his mind and flesh ( almost like it turned into a parasite taking over its host ) Spiderman I assume was the insanity of having to keep up the work of the city, gwen dead and little sleep. Also a small factor of the doctor not understanding but holy shit being turned into web sucks, he can't even die

This gave me Dark Multiverse vibes. This is very interesting. I hope there will be more.
  • @wolfan20
Would have been interesting to see more defiled characters, wolverine, cap america, thor, hulk.

If blackbolt saw his darkhold story through the eyes of the supposed maximoff wouldn't that mean that that blackbolt was the real blackbolt and that it really was just a plot to make him question his identity?
  • I love that everyone else's are like destroyed worlds or cities, and wasps is just "I killed my husband"
  • @madanotap6492
Looks like whoever was in charge of the evil iron man story was a fan of the cybermen.
  • @DarthArachnious
It's more like The King in Yellow. A play that's nonsensical the more you read it. But read it more and more and you become so insane that the Elder God Hastur can control you. Considering this is supposed to be Lovecraftian. It's not the darkest version of Spider-Man we've ever seen.
