Marwa, I live in the US. We built a new house in 2015 and the roof had to be replaced because of professional builder mistakes within 5 years. We paid for an extractor system which the professionals did not installer properly. The first time we used one of the upstairs showers, it leaked through to the first floor. The dishwasher did not work initially. Marwa, I could go on, and on. WE paid the builders a lot of money, and they left us with headaches.. Here in the US, 3-6 months after you accept possession of the house the warranty runs out; more problems for the owner. Professionals don't always get it right, especially, when their intension is to defraud. Keep on working on your house. The house is like a baby, very expensive, and demanding. God bless you my brother. Marwa, Instead of planting fruit trees around the fish pond, how about planting grass as the landscaping? Trees will call leaves to pollute the pond.
  • You don't use the same mop on the floors and walls. You are putting the dirty mop on walls. Each thing should have its own cloth for cleaning.

Marwa keep doing your thing slowly slowly, I have been living in my current home for 14 years. The house was purchased finished. But there is always something to do on the house it never ends. We are currently looking into refurbishing the main bathroom after 14 years.😊

True Marwa very normal to have such challenges but as you work on them with time they will all be sorted.
  • @iam_jim3
Building is not easy as some may think wheather professional or whatever challenges are there...and what you doing is what it takes to clear the arising challenges. Keep going Marwa,God bless you we love you.
  • Professional or not its humans that are doing the job. I run a multimillion dollar company and we moved in our building over four years and we are still stopping leaks and other faults. These contractors are professionals we bring in from Canada and the UK bypassing local companies in our hometown just to get the work done. If you have never built a home or even a chicken coop you will never know

Now Marwa. I’m sure the that some of the people that are giving you advice about work in the villa are your good well meaning subscribers who love you. So don’t make insulting comments about some not having a chicken coup ( not having their own real estate) and things like that because you don’t know that to be true. . I do understand that it may get under your skin at times but I just think that you made a little mistake my friend. Some folks would not show their property on line to avoid being cyber targeted ect. They may not have a villa but they have homes that are built to handle the harsh winters and extreme heat in the summer, changing their roofs, boilers, hot water heaters ect. Most people have repairs and upgrades done professionally but sometimes they are not properly and thst can happen any where. Anyway, your villa is beautiful and coming together nicely. I wish you luck in your endeavors and blessings on your family.
  • Marwa try to use sheen wall paint it doesn’t get dirty and it’s easy to clean with water and soap especially traffic areas like doors and door frames
  • @Artwakbyjohn
Rocio asked Marwa a very good question…..did you find the root of the problem about the leaking roof? Marwa was not able to give an answer. How can moisture seep through concrete & terrazzo??? That is laughable. 32:52 Why only on that particular spot and not anywhere else in the roof? Because that’s a pipe or joint leakage. And to imagine that they just poured terrazzo again without finding the root of the problem is unbelievable. That’s like putting a bandaid on a cancer wound. Marwa should start listening to some of his critics who may be wishing him well

The 'Villa' will really 'come to life' when you add various types of beautiful plants to compliment the bedrooms and open areas. Also, putting safety rails on the staircase should be first on the to do list to avoid an accidental fall resulting in injury or death. Overall, it's a beautiful home with a lot of potential. 🙂
  • @Wmwika776
Buy a vacuum cleaner it can remove sand in such places like the gaps in the doors
  • You're doing an excellent job building your home. Don't let people's opinions discourage you because you've come a long way!!
  • @chantedx
It's amazing the work you have done building your house without modern equipment. I have to compliment you on that. You have done better than I thought you would.
  • Hi. Marwa those are normal challenges of new houses. Just make sure the hse has no leakages otherwise Gd job.
  • Don't worry marwa one step at a time. You have done amazingly well. You have a roof over your head. Stay blessed
  • @gailspinks1
Time to get things in order. A proper outdoor storage for animal feed and farming and construction materials. And in door dry storage for food stuff wares and pantry items. You need shelves. All those rooms with things on the floor should therefore be organized into the two storage areas.

Travel Commando, greetings!🎉🎉🎉. Things are getting better my Brother. You are the best! 💯
  • In my opinion, too much tree roots is going to affect the. Wall of the fish pond, you can plant some flowers and citrus trees.
