Here is an weird way to open a pad lock with a pair of wrenches. I was not sure if this actually worked so I tried it out. If you ever get in a situation where you have to break a padlock a set of wrenches may work.

Me: " I just learned how to be a thief. " Him: " I hope there's no thieves watching this. "

the trick works best with non-adjustable wrenches, due to the rounded edges. The right size wrenches are just as important. If done correctly, with correctly sized crescent wrenches, its just as easy as using the key.

YOUR VIDEOS HAVE HELPED ME Because Knowing how to pick locks has really opened a lot of doors for me 😬

I think we all can agree that the only reasonable course of action is to pass comprehensive wrench control legislation. There's no reason in 21st century America that civilians need access to wrenches. There are plenty of trained mechanics and service technicians available to make repairs if something goes wrong. If just one Master lock can be saved, isn't it worth it?

We just bought a place that had a padlock on one of the chain link fence gates; no key, of course. I tried that deal w/ two wrenches and it worked like a charm! Cool! Thanx!

Slide the lock through shackle loop all the way to lock body...then the top & bottom are clear to lift up & down on the locks shackle.
  • He is like my friend in grade school who was constantly in the emergency room - hilarious!
  • I’m a 56 year old woman with mild arthritis and was able to break off a padlock using the north south technique. I was amazed! Thank you for this video.

THE FULL SAYING is a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world: Archimedes!

It does work. I had a lock get corroded hanging on my truck all winter. I wasnt stealing anything, as many of you implied. Sometimes you need to open a lock when your key is lost or will not work.

Thanks Jack, I have 3 locks on my Gheenoe. One on the gate, one on the the trailer coupler, and one on the chain that I put between the wheel and the frame. I guess to be real secure I need to get better locks and a junk yard dog!

We used to open our cheap combo gym locks in junior high with a whack from our shoe heels. Always worked.
  • Totally worked man I got into 3 locks last night!! Thx great score!
  • For the one with the key.....I had an old one on my fence gate.....used a drill bit for metal.....drilled a hole directly into the keyhole.....it popped open really easily. Saw it in a movie.....couldn't believe it worked so fast!
