Since following you in late 2022 my skin has cleared from the acne marks from my younger days (I'm now 65) that were still hanging around, to finally being virtually acne free!! Its not honesty, but damage control. People are unhappy with the products, having skin reactions, not living up to what's been advertised and then their customer service argues about refunds.

Dear Dr., could you please create an updated video about Conscious Chemist products, with a special focus on their sunscreen? I wanted to let you know that they have also made changes to their packaging as you recommended.

Thank you for always being transparent about your own products. This was very timely, as I keep seeing negative comments about you doing these videos to just market your own brand- even though you always advise cheap options first. I just started using the PM gel yesterday for my hyperpigmentation and acne, which I was initially skeptical to try as I didn’t know if this was the right product for me. However, I can say that I’m loving it so far! This is the first gel moisturiser that has instantly felt great on my skin and caused no irritation. I can’t wait to see the results in a few months and buy more of your products. I also love the inzincable- which I’m already running low on :D

the daily range products didn’t suit my brown skin type. Wish I had known to start with something lower strength first before using the routine. The exfoliator and antioxidant serum gave me breakouts 😢 however love the sunscreen, face wash and oil melting cleanser!

You’ve created skin care that truly works for POC and on top of that you have broken down skin care concerns and ingredients into digestible portions that any dummy can understand. Hi Dr. V I have been using your Exfoliate to Glow and Antioxidant Power serum for some time now and absolutely love them! I was told that for my age (I am 61 ) that I have very nice skin so thank you. I can only use these 2 products from your line as sadly my skin cannot tolerate anything with Niacinamide so I have incorporated using these 2 products with some others and so far so good. Only thing is I am still seeing some pigmentation more on my left side of the face. Not sure if it’s age spots or something else but on the whole I really feel a difference using the serum everyday. Thank you.
