  • I had a hamstring pull during exercise and i gave it heat treatment and rest for day now can i continue my exercises I’m 3 weeks 2 days post surgery

    Yo thanks for the video. But its impossible for me to do all this exercices lol… im at week 3 and i can maybe just the first exercice but not like you literally like u did in your video. I think that at week 3 we dont have this degree of flexion

    I wanted to ask a few questions, is taking creatine good for rehabilitation or not? is upper body training in the gym only with machines possible or is it better not because it affects the recovery of the knee maybe
