Gallons of water found in gas sold at Toledo fuel station

The gas station should be liable for the damages and closed

The boss ran a scam and used the clerk as a fall guy.

The fact that the licensing board allowed this gas station to continue to operate is wild. Someone needs to be held accountable.

Destruction of private property should be be a crime.

Don’t worry, the owner will pass the business to his brother and it’s “Under New Management “ and now they can continue to scam 😂

That ain't a gas station, it's a WATER STATION!!!

Same thing happened to me several years ago at a Shell gas station near my home. Same as this gentleman, I rarely went there but on that day I went my Jeep started sputtering and kept stalling. I called the station and I asked the lady who answered "Have you guys had any reports of bad gasoline?" and she said "Hold on....(yelling in the background) We got another one!" and then the manager came to the phone and said yes water was in the tanks. I had to have it flushed and kept the gas/water mixture as well. At least they acknowledged and paid for it.

Owners should not be allowed to own a station again .

That station owner knows EXACTLY what happened. Put that GRIFTER out of business!!!

I think all states need to require these laws to check the gas pumps to make sure they have what’s supposed to be in there and not stuff like water that’s damaging peoples cars and their wallets.

This guy is absolutely correct. That bill to flush out the entire fuel system should be paid by the gas company!

Never, EVER go to a station that has the mid grade and premium "Tapped" off. Especially, if you are the first guy filling up a Mercedes that requires premium fuel.

Shady business owner needs to be held accountable....
