Dear Nikol, please stop caring what these haters say or think. I am a baby boomer born, raised, lived on Miami Beach, later Coconut Grove. I collect vintage sequin jackets, I have about 30. I wear them all the time bcs they are beautiful, the workmanship is breathtaking. You are correct about the sizing. I like to wear mine over cashmere sweaters and pants. When I started working I bought myself a fine cashmere sweater every Christmas as a reward for the year's hard work.Quality natural fabrics last forever. I dont apologize! I dont ask permission to wear beautiful things curated and taken care of over a lifetime. Great things never go out of style. I find younger women are loving vintage items bcs of the quality and craftmanship. Actually, before fast fashion all women expected higher quality. You are a treasure to share your beautiful closet, life and ideas with all of us. A few years ago I used a great closet company, turned an entire room into a closet. On dark days it gives me great pleasure just to open the doors and remember when I danced at Regine's in a certain dress. Dont ever feel guilty or the need to justify living your best life.
