UPDATE: It's official! I got my video back and Ramjets channel was deleted for false copyright claim. Huge thanks to everybody who helped. Every share, like comment, everybody who spread the word about what happened. You made the difference. Now let's make sure we protect EVERY content creator from false claims. "YouTube does not meditate copyright disputes", except that's exactly how this problem started in the first place.

The policy needs to also include that when a copyright claim is filed, all monetization goes into escrow awaiting resolution of any disputes.

Im seriously disappointed in Youtube for this mess. Imagine relying on a source like this to maintain the credibility of your work. Even with evidence and everything to back him up, Youtube still didn't act rationally. What does it take for this kind of occurrence to stop happening? I read the comments and seen people's channels be unfairly striked and taken down. All the content and work erased into nothing. These are horrendous stories and Youtube really needs to stop breaking the hearts and lives of their community.
