What is a flashing red and how is it to supposed to be handled? We don't have them in Australia

You're believing that this is very basic and it should know how to handle it shows a lack of understanding on how v12 differs from prior versions. It now learns how to handle specific situations by getting a lot of clips of driver's handling those specific situations properly. Since malfunctioning flashing signals don't happen very often, it surely does not have a large sample size of these yet.

It saw a red light, stopped, so then it is waiting for the green light. Makes sense to me. 😀
