My dad use to put this song on the CDs he made for me when I was a kid. I didn't know why then but I do now. He died when I was 16 and I'm 36 now. This song makes me cry everytime.

Been a diehard fan since 1974 when I was in 7th grade. I'm a recovering addict and no doubt Aerosmith is part of the reason I'm still here as I gave up drugs 30 years ago tomorrow God willing😊👍. I did drugs to their music but now clean I have a different attachment to the music I will never stop listening to even at 61. Greatest rock band in my lifetime no doubt!! Good to be alive😊

My mom had gotten into some trouble with drugs. She was put away for 3 years. I lived with my grandparents anyway but I adored my mom. I wrote this song down-11 years old-and sent it to her. She was an Aerosmith fan. Something about her daughter finding her own way to one of her faves, and sending the song…she came home and never looked back. I’m proud of my mom. I have had my own issues since but this song will bring me back to Earth every time.
