7:18 is so funny because you can actually see mx lunging himself towards the two, like i genuinely thought the sound was gonna be present but I could've never expected mx to actually be visually jumping towards them in the mod

The similarities are MAD crazy, its so good, props to all of these people that made the mod.

I actually prefer this over the original. The pixelated visuals and vocals just have such a nice charm to them. I don’t dislike the original btw, I just love this one a lot more.

I know I left a comment like that in CoverRuisna but hear me out: I Honestly think this looks better than the OG Powerdown from Mario Madness for a few reasons: -MX actually have a jump Animation. -Girlfriend also jumps with Boyfriend. -They got his WAAHOO letters back. -We got an actual accurate chase, very similar to MARIO PC PORT with Boyfriend jumping through platforms, pipes and holes while MX destroys the whole shit. -Small Animation of them entering Inside of the underground. -Small Cutscene of MX falling into a big hole, and immediately jumps returning to the surface, like in the OG game. -And finally, how this mod makes me feel like I'm playing a remastered version of SMB.Funk Mix game over, except i'm very glad Boyfriend doesn't have that Mario's hit mechanics because that was a pain in the ass to smash those spam notes with the Mario Gimmicks. AnotherNormalPerson did an amazing job making this mod, his Sprite Animation skills are so fire. this homie got my respects.

The underground part looks so much better in the 8-bit remake. Props to the devs

The fact that they managed to make MX look like Mario's Madness MX and not just regular MX is amazing. Idk why MM MX has this destinct look that's unmistakable.

Man, this pixelated mod of MX is actually amazing, the 8-bit sprites here is so well done, the underground part honestly looks much better than the original and props to the devs!

They recreated this so well. It’s so accurate to not only the Mario Madness mod but the Mario ‘85 game itself solely thanks to the pixelated style. The fact that MX outright bulldozers through everything and he’s actually shown falling through everything in demise made this version of Demise and Power even better. For some reason I felt like Demise was even harder here than the original. Anyways, awesome job for the Mod Team for making such an awesomely done recreation of MX in this mod. 👍

that's a surprise, i didn't expect you to cover THIS. one thing i absolutely love about this version is that it just added MORE! like it has way more tiny little details like the background flashing red which appeared in the actual official remastered 1-1, the underground level actually being 1-2 instead of just being reverted 1-1 and the demise mid-song cutscene actually SHOWING MX fall down and jump back, oh and don't forget, demise actually having obstacles now instead of just flat land, basically, just awesome. oh and GF finally fucking jumps with BF aswell insteas of just... slightly ducking?

The animations here are smooth and transition so well to pixels! I dig MX's jump animation especially, you can just feel the power from how well done it is! I love this reskin a ton, it's seriously some high effort stuff. And this is all by one person? That's awesome!
