In today's world, there is no such thing as an "official" journalist. Outstanding job of just releasing the interview in its entirety without trying to shape it into a convenient headline. This is what good "journalism" should be.

The saddest part is she literally pressed him more than any “professional journalist” would have and actually focused on pretty important topics as opposed to “are you planning to flee to xyz” or “how many sex partners did you have” etc etc

Tiffany, this is incredible work. This is the first admission directly from "horse's mouth" that FTT was primary component of collateral at FTX (SBF didn't even dodge it much). And none of the media coverages (WSJ, BBG, etc, etc) even touched this. (Edited: I listened to it for 3rd time, SBF is completely talking like a trader. This shows Traders should not run Brokerages)

Wang, his top engineer, programmed the backdoor into the system, almost certainly on Sam’s behalf/at his request. It wasn’t a “fuck-up”.

The thing is that no company this size is able to put together a Chapter 11 filing in a few hours. He knew that this was going to come crashing down and had to have help in putting together a filing beforehand. His corrupt and morally bankrupt parents are probably somewhere in the mix. The apple not falling far from the tree.

When he's successful he has people call him a genius, when he's not he wants to be called a fool, he has been a criminal the whole time and he'll call himself anything else to avoid being labeled as such
