You sing the missing part! The voices you hear are usually mine, but I occasionally have guest vocalists. I record and edit all of the vocals and create a lyric-video from scratch. Sometimes I also edit the backing track to improve the timing, dynamics or sound quality. I never upload instrumentals without vocals, except for those that I've created myself from scratch. Each new song takes me anywhere from 8 to 30 hours to make.
