About Jae Cho

Hi Everyone welcome to my channel. Here's a little bit about myself...
I grew up in Hawaii and ended up with two degrees (culinary arts, and baking and pastry arts), from there I decided to go to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York to major in baking and pastry arts.
Many years later, I ended up working at California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, teaching baking and pastry arts as well as culinary arts, from there I moved on to New England Culinary Institute teaching baking and pastry arts.
I have taught many years throughout my culinary career as well as working for the TV show Hells Kitchen (season 9, and Gordon is like the nicest guy I ever met in the "industry"), and have owned two food trucks, a French Bakery, Hawaiian Bbq restaurant, and worked at a Michelin star restaurant in Manhattan. I became a vegan about 3 years ago and have been adapting many years worth of recipes to be vegan. I hope you enjoy my channel and share it with everyone please!
