Cannoli dough
1# or 3 cup bread flour
2 Tbsp pea protein powder
2 1/2 Tbsp Granulated sugar
3 oz or 6 Tbsp vinegar
4 1/2 oz or 9 Tbsp water
Cannoli filling
2 recipe Cashew cream cheese
4 oz powder sugar (you can add more if you like it sweeter)
1 each zest of lemon and orange.

Wow, these came out beautiful!! I grew up in NYC and have had a looooot of cannoli, haha! It's one of my favorites and I wish so much I could grab one trough the screen 😜 Do you think that cashew cheese would be good for making tiramisu?
