Dr. Gabor Maté is a retired physician who spent 20 years in family practice and worked for over a decade in Vancouver’s Downtown East Side with patients challenged by drug addiction and mental illness. He is the bestselling author of five books published in thirty languages, including his latest book, The Myth of Normal: Trauma, Illness, and Healing in a Toxic Culture.

Dr. Russell Kennedy specializes in the art and neuroscience of helping people recover from anxiety disorders. He knows anxiety from the inside out, as he developed his own anxiety disorder due to growing up with a dad with severe schizophrenia. Dr. Kennedy has degrees and advanced training in medicine, neuroscience and developmental psychology —but it’s not all science, as he is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher and was a professional stand-up comedian for over a decade (no joke!) In his award-winning book and audiobook, ANXIETY RX, he shows a practical, actionable program for anxiety relief that incorporates a combination of the latest in neuroscience with the grounding wisdom of the body with the ultimate goal of relieving the anxious thoughts of the mind.

Dr. Julie Smith is a Clinical Psychologist chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). She is also an online educator, blogger, and owner of a private practice in Hampshire, England. She devoted her career to learning everything she can about adult mental health and the intricacies of the human mind.

Robert Greene is an absolute icon and is the author of the NY Times bestsellers The 48 Laws of Power, The Art of Seduction, The 33 Strategies of War, The 50th Law, Mastery, & The Laws of Human Nature.

Dr. Tara Swart is a neuroscientist, a former psychiatrist, and senior lecturer at MIT Sloan. She is also a leadership advisor and works with leaders all over the world to help them achieve mental resilience and peak brain performance while also helping them improve their ability to manage stress, regulate emotions and retain information. Tara has become wildly popular for her work in bridging the gap between science and spirituality and teaching others how to use science based tools to leverage the law of attraction and utilize the power of manifestation.

Dr. Tracey Marks is a general and forensic psychiatrist of over 20 years whose mission is to increase mental health awareness and understanding by educating people on psychiatric disorders, mental well-being, and self-improvement. As a forensic psychiatrist, she has formulated over 1000 opinions through Independent Medical Evaluations, criminal assessments, or civil litigation consultations. She has been qualified as an expert in multiple federal and state courts and military court-martial. She also maintains a general psychiatry clinical practice focusing on mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and burnout.

So in essence every living person on the earth experiences life and with that we relate to it in our own experience and it may take a toll, especially when you reach out to those who we think have the answers don’t.
