In this video we apply the FFMI calculation explained in Part I to popular examples within the fitness community, most of whom currently claim natural status. This video is not meant to instigate hate wars in regards to any of the athletes mentioned, but to provide some insight on a somewhat controversial topic which is often treated with intense broscience and general bullshit.

This video is especially targeted to those who are newer to the fitness industry and are potentially idolizing some of these guys as a goal (natural) physique for themselves. They may make some gains, but inevitably fail in living up to the unattainable (due to a lack of genetics and/or steroids) goals they have set for themselves.

This video is meant to encourage others to aspire to the best version of themselves that they can be, instead of comparing themselves to genetically elite and/or potentially unnatural fitness social media celebrities who peddle secret workout programs/supplements on their websites for $$$ and blame your failure to look like them on a "lack of hard work and dedication".

FFMI Under 19: DO YOU EVEN LIFT?
FFMI = 19: Average Male
FFMI = 22-23: Experienced Natural Bodybuilder
FFMI = 24-26: Maximum Natural Bodybuilder Potential - assuming 95th percentile genetics
FFMI Over 26: Probably a steroid-Enhanced Bodybuilder
FFMI Over 28: Definitely a steroid-Enhanced Bodybuilder

Disclaimer: This video is not meant to explicitly imply that any specific individual is on or not on steroids/other performance-enhancing substances. It simply presents data and designates anyone above the "natural range" to be a significant statistical anomaly.

    Steroids is not the problem. Claiming that your natural when your on gear is the problem. It gives a false representation to nattys on what they can achieve.

    It's a shame that people who lie about taking steroids are the most respected people in the industry. People are both shallow and gullible.
  • @peteclarke
    I have stayed natural my whole life and at 45 am in the best shape of my life. Thank you for all your inspiration brother. Even though I could never get above 195lbs on stage, I enjoy just living in this body and being proud of who I am.
  • @alexjon5924
    Where's Rich Piana? He's my favorite natural bodybuilder.
  • @vids4u_164
